We will visit as many times as is necessary during your contract term.

A Next day, On-site service
An engineer will be on your premises within 4 or 8 working hours of logging a call with us, depending
on your contract.

All Parts - Whatever the fault!
All spare parts are included as part of your contract. We only use Original parts to ensure future reliability.
Rollers, Jet direct cards and main boards are some of the many items included as part of this contract.

Fuser Units
Fusers are included in this contract at no extra cost if they become faulty or your machine flashes the
message "User Maintenance" or before the machine has exceeded the expected page life of the
Maintenance Kit (250-350,000 copies).

Preventative Maintenance
An effective Printer Maintenance Agreement is just as much about prevention as it is cure.
During the contract term we will arrange a visit to clean and service all of your machines.

A Free Printer
If any of your printers become no longer repairable we will provide you with an equivalent model for
you to keep at no extra cost.
