The JF series is a large format, UV curable inkjet printer with the versatility to print on numerous uncoated substrates including corrugated plastics, polyacrylics and uneven or irregular media. With a maximum resolution of 1200 x 1200dpi, the JF series is suitable for both sign graphics with a long viewing distance or close view point of sale work.
Using standard white ink, the JF series can print bright, vibrant colour even on transparent media. With the newly delevoped clear liquid, you can now achieve a high gloss finish while also improving colour fastness. The JF series is equipment with dual UV lamps, enabling high speed, bi directional printing. The is the flatbed of the future!! Vacuum Table The powerfull Vacuum system holds media flat and stationary, keeping it fixed securely so you can print with high accuracy even on heavy or easily misaligned substrates. Multiple Materials Can be set The materials can be arranged independently and highly accurate positioning is possible. You can print the entire 1.6m x 3.1m bed at one time, whether with one big piece or small pieces and respond to large orders efficiently. Thick Materials With a maximum printing thickness of upto 50mm (2"), you can print directly to thick materials and materials with uneven surfaces. Dual UV Lamps JF series has UV lamps installed on both sies of the print head, allowing higher production speeds with bi-directional printing. This helps to contribute to the machines high productivity. Y-Bar Height Adjust Mechanism The electronically controlled Y-Bar height adjust mechanism allows any user to easily adjust the height of the print head for various medias - thick or thin. Other Features • Maximum Resolution of 1200 x 1200dpi and variable dot printing (6pl mimimum dot size) - JF series delivers near-photograhic image quality
• Clear Liquid Varnish provides a glossy finish on the media and improves colourfastness.
• Built-in automatic head protection function prevents head strikes and crashes due to media distortion.
• With UV technology, the inks are completely cured (dried) on the printer, prints can be handled immediately.
• With installed IC chips - the ink levels can be checked at a glance
• You can select either a 4 colour or an 8 colour ink set
